RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, this is not the case, please email us in the first instance and we will do our best to sort things out for you. Please note the following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective..
*Custom or personalised orders
Out going and return/exchange shipping charges are not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We inspect every product that we send out. However, if you do receive a broken or damaged item please email us and we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Your jewellery will be handmade to order, current time is up to 5 working days. This does not include Saturday or Sunday. For example, if you place your order on a Monday it will be ready to be shipped the following Monday at the latest. I will often get your order completed much quicker than this. Please message me if you would like something shipped as soon as possible.
UK Shipping will be a flat rate of £2.50 however much you buy. Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail 'SIGNED FOR 1ST CLASS' post This should reach you in 1- 2 business days.
International Shipping times will vary depending on the country. However, this usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times.
Shipping is combined so you only pay P&P once no matter how many pieces you order.
CUSTOM AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
The Sea Tree Company will only collect basic personal data about you. This will include your name, email address and postal details. This will only be because I need some personal data to be able to process your order. We will not use information for any other purpose other than discussing and completing your order. Your information will never be sold or given to any third parties (apart from Paypal and courier services)

*Please get into the habit of rolling your bracelet on and off your wrist. Avoid wearing your beautiful piece of jewellery whilst applying creams and suntan lotion.
*Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time, the best way to slow down the tarnishing is to keep it in a little air tight plastic bag when not being worn. To bring back the shine use a silver polishing cloth or silver dip.
*Don't wear jewellery when using strong cleaning products and its best to take them all off before showering, bathing or splashing about in the sea!
